I was wondering if I could switch out my stock head unit for an after market one since I have a Bose system is it possible to do this or am I wasting my time? Thanks

Headunit wise go on various websites that review them. You'll need to answers questions like Do you want double dinn or single dinn? Over $100, $200, $300? What features are most important? Touch screen?
