"What your Inside A/C Temp?"
"What your Inside A/C Temp?"
Hey Buds,
I live in the tropics and its hot all year round here. Just trying to get an idea on Inside outlet temp levels. I've been reading that the average acceptable air conditioner outlet temperature is about 45 degrees.
The NISSAN hardbody 94 (i own), blows air at about 45-49 degrees. Ice Cold.
I also have a Infiniti I-35, and working on a new compressor right now. I want that sucker to blow in the mid 40's too.
What's your avg. Temperature outlet running?
(ps. i used the meat thermometer to check mine)

Ok....i did a search and found nothing that indicates Lower Freon equals Cooler Air. As a matter of Fact, one of the mechanics told me a story about a customer of his who wanted his air ICE COLD. He filled it up to capacity. But when the seasons changed, the AC blew off some Freon because the system was too full. BUT, he said, the AC was blowing out at 40 degrees.
I'll keep looking for that info. But so far, no luck.
Thankjs

That's why when your home AC is leaking and low, it freezes your coil into a block of ice.
I maintenance ACs.

Yep....that's why YOU GOTTA HAVE AC.
You can keep driving in the snow, chipping ice off your windshield, frozen water lines, spin outs on Ice Roads, dirty smog air, cloudy grey skies, etc.
I'll take the beach, boating, fishing, and sunshine...
Deal.

Oh, no, it's 32, we're going to shut down the entire city (yes, I watch your antics).
The only thing that actually happens regularly are cloudy skies, which I love. I hate the sun. I'm not fortunate enough to be in the snow belt.
