Brakes madness

Did a 5 speed swap on a 2000 went to back it out the driveway and the brakes were all locked up. The axle didn't look too good so I changed it and in the process the brakes unlocked. Took it on the road and a half mile in they locked up again. Pulled the hose off the brake booster and they unlocked. Made it back to the Bat Cave w/o them locking up again. Anyone know what could be causing this?

Guide pins? Take them apart and lube.

I would have figured guide pins if it was only one wheel locking up but it's all four. He had to pull the hose off the brake booster to unlock them again. I'm baffled.
