building a faster max

I own a 2000 max thats completely stock i wanted to do an engine swap but i dont know if it would be cost efficient compared to tweaking the original what would be you guys suggestions?

There are bolt on supercharger kits floating around in the classifieds or somewhere else online from time to time, you just have to keep looking but I saw one recently. You can get one for $2500 and that makes 270whp, with full bolt-ons and a proper tune you can get it to 300whp fairly easy.

I would learn all about what you are wanting to do, then ask specific questions related to the build you decide you want. At this point, you don't sound like you know anything about any of it. That could be dangerous and end up costing you a lot of money.

So, learn about turbo builds, supercharger builds, and motor swaps. Learn about the risks involved with each. Learn about the potential of each. Learn from all of our mistakes in the build threads. There is a ton of information on this site. It will require lots of your time searching and reading.
