I actually posted on the first page, but I just got new wheels so I felt the need to post pics. Let me know what you guys think
2012 Maxima wheels sucked so I went and got 370Z 18's. 225/40/18 Front, 255/35/18 Rear. Now I need to roll my fenders. /:

 

^^ Looks good, but not much good there for functionality. Not really my cup of tea..

Anyway tho, does look good!

A pair of black tails would look really good on any car, so long as it's a 5th gen Maxima
BTW, you can get a pair of black tails for like $45 on eBay, gotta look around some.

 

But it has to be oem! The aftermarket ones are just black. Idk I'm picky haha I like that little carbon fiber pattern they come with

I didn't know you can find em like that either. I thought they were just black/aftermarket ones for that price. But a dude on here A33_Ridah told me about the possibility of finding OEM. You just have to search eBay or the .ORG classifieds for when they come up.

Anyone notice that? You see a good bit of 5th gen Maximas still around, but an I35 these days is quite rare. I wonder why, considering it's the same car

98k and still kicking! I know, still young, but considering the transmission blew at 93 and I almost parted ways...I'm happy I decided to keep it. Went through hell after I let it sit for a year, but all is well once again!

Yep. I've been trying to scope out another set and run all 4 wheels the same size, but I can't decide if I want all fronts (18x8 with +30 offset) or all rears (18x8.5 with 33+ offset). Decisions!

 

I need to lower my Max asap, it's ridiculous right now ! Any other ideas on the cheap side of modding?

Thought of it yes. Dont really want one, VQ30 is a better engine IMO. And for my purposes its perfect, I may still supercharge her in the future and call it a day. Vq35 has zero advantages for me, for what I wanna do.
