2015 5th/5.5 Gen Picture Thread

Since this subforum is still pretty active, here's a thread that will hopefully give members an opportunity to show their rides more; stock, modded, wrecked, whatever. We've done this a few times in the past, just thought it would be fun to get an update. Feel free to post any cool pics of your rides, comments welcome, but keep it civil, please. And remember, this is a picture thread, so the more pics the better.

Also, I was getting sentimental about my old car and wanted to see what people are doing with theirs these days.

Here are a few shots of my old 2002 SE:

6MT, Meridian package
Cattman Gen 2 headers
Frankencar catback
GAB mod
Motostorm UDP
Tein SS coils
Cattman FSTB
Progress RSB
6th Gen front brakes
Stillen Classic front and rear lip
00-01 tails
Z33 Track Edition 18s

Post away!

Not a so recent pic of blackout, but since there's snow everywhere I can't get a pic right now. These are around the time I first got her.. and yes, I was stupid enough to spray paint the fogs orange. Just ordered a new set.

Sorry to mess up the trending "brown" cars george

More like pebble beige and sunlit sand rather than brown.

I prefer granny gold to describe mine.

^^ Thats a seriously clean ride.

Another sunlit sand FTW!

I really like that single projector retrofit. I'd like to do something similar.

^^ I like that 5th gen myself, very nice and clean.

BTW, where are you guys seeing all this "sunlit sand"

I'm pretty sure most of the cars above ^^ except for one or two are all Sterling Mist. Or is it me that's color blind?

nestorlugo, Genes1s, & mine are all sunlit sand for sure. JProcs24 hasn't posted, but his comment indicates he also has sunlit sand. Paint code EV0.

The others are indeed sterling mist etc.

@ D.Stillwell, whats your paint code?

Interesting, they all look like silver to me.

Mine is Sterling Mist, I believe paint code is KT3.

I would have guessed it was EV0 based on the pics in your sig & the one you posted.

Genes1s' car looks very similar to yours color wise IMO. His sig indicates its sunlit sand.

Maybe the sunlight at a particular angle or the camera has something to do with the subtle color similarites?

Sunlight makes a big difference for sure. Mine looks gray on overcast days and real bright and shiny on sunny days, and at certain angles with sun hitting it sometimes can look like sunlit sand I assume.
