Sunroof parts broken. Leaking water but still functions

The cloth cover that slides to cover the sunroof from the inside bent upward pretty badly. It was stuck to the point where it wouldn't move back or forth. So I removed it completely. I tried to bent it back down and straighten it out but it wouldn't work.

Way before the sunroof cover was messed up there were some black metal pieces of the sunroof assembly that were already broken. These had no bearing on whether or not the sunroof worked. It still functions perfectly even though these pieces are broken.

Now there is a gap in the sunroof that allows water in. A TON of water. I learned this the hard way washing my car. Is this is difficult or expensive fix?
