Headlight Passenger Side

Good day all

I have a maxima se 2002...

My problem is that on the headlight passenger side my day light and high beam the output is like half the driver side ... it looks like that the bulb is half burn ...

I have swap the bulb from the driver side to the passenger side ... and still same thing the passenger side looks half the power of the driver ...

I know it is not the bulb ... what could it be ? Anybody got this problem in the past ?

Thanks

Is it a Canadian spec model?
It is likely the daytime running light module. Inspect the circuit board for broken/cracked solder joints... I used a soldering iron to reflow the solder and repair the joint to fix mine.
