E.S. subframe bushings

I installed them a little while ago ( along with the engine mount bushings ) but Im not to sure about these things. while tightening the sub frame the underside bushings stretched and came off on the back ones, the front ones streatched but stayed on . I installed them the way the instructions say but I think I may put the stock sub frame bushings back on.

seems like it would work better if the kit came with thicker wider washers....

I pretty much installed all E.S. bushings on my car and everything else has worked out well...

any noticeable changes with the Energy Suspension subframe mounts? Such as more vibration or is it same or better? I have been thinking about buying them but I'm afraid of increase noises or vibration since ES are Poly Urethane which usually stiffer but outlast the typical rubber bushing.

no vibration at all. the urethane in these kits aren't hard like plastic. there stiff but don't transfer vibration. so far I've also done the LCA's, sway bar bushings, rear trailing arm bushings, shifter bushings( 02 6 speed ) all turned out great.

I recommend doing the engine mounts but keep the stock sub frame bushings. my sub frame bushings were still good so I may put them back in...
