DRL/High Beam LED

Sirius 9005 3200 Lumen Cree LED Light 6500K

Planning to buy this and upgrade my 9005 Halogen bulbs.

1. Use as both DRL and High Beam
I have a Canadian Nissan Maxima and the DRL is on all the time. I have read people complained about light flickering when it's on DRL mode. Not sure what will happen with Maxima 2003.
After a lot of research these seem to be the best LED upgrade out there, unless I missed something. I have two concern with these bulbs.

2. Error Code
Some car did get an error code. I would hate to have my check engine light on, the car thinking that the high beam bulb is burnt out because these LEDs have such a low current draw.

I'd find out the minimum voltage needed to power them before buying.

I don't think you'll have a error code but if you'd like to test that, pull the high beam bulbs and turn on the car.

so anyone tried these lights yet? Are they 2x more powerful than the regular Halogen. I need to know how bright these lights will be? is it really worth it? I am not doing this to look cool, I do a lot of night highway driving and I would like to have lots of lights.

02 stock HID headlights plus HID foglights mods is plenty for me.... You sure the mod above won't blind the crap out of everyone?

lol. My car didn't come with Fog lights. I only have OEM HID for low beam and 9005 Halogen for High beam.
