Crossthreaded lug nut
Anyone have a good way to remove a crossthreaded lug but? I don't care about saving it or the stud as I'm replacing both. Could I use a dremel to cut it? Cut the stud? Any help is appreciated.

You could use some type of cut off wheel to cut the lug nut or just cut the stud if you can access it.
Another option would be to drill it out starting with a small bit and drilling into the center of the stud if they're open-ended lugs. If they're closed, then you may need to remove the top of the lug nut to do this method. Then, gradually increase in bit size until you reach the diameter of your seized lug and then pull the whole thing out. Just be careful not to break off the bit in the stud!

The stud is a press fit into the hub. All you have to do is get a hammer and a drift and drive into the hub and out.
But I don't think you can do this with the hub on the car. Check the clearance in back in case I am wrong. If I am right, then cut the stud off as close to flush with the hub as you can and then drive out what is left of the stud.

As someone else suggested...keep turning it and eventually it will break off. Once it is off, depending on front or rear. You may be able to bang it out through back of hub with hub still on.
If it's the front you can do it with hub on (just have to bend the brake dust cover back a bit). If it's the rear you have to remove the hub for clearance.

I will try to twist it off tomorrow (when I pick up the new rim). Its the front passenger side wheel. If I'm putting in a new wheel stud will I have to remove the hub? The dust shield is pretty brittle I'm worried it might break right off if I bend it...

you can bang the stud out while the hub is on the car, you just have to turn it where it clear out of the dust shield of the way, then when you put in the new one, which going to be hard to press in, but you can screw on the new nut and it'll pull it in, then back it off and put your rim on then bolt it back on then it'll bet it all in. I have done it, since tire shop especially discount tires always strip my stud or nut. when they use the impact instead of screw it by hand before using the impact. so that why I just bring my rim in to get tire replace since there are people out there are unaware of their incompetency
