For a few seconds during cold starts, my instrument cluster backlight is purple/pink and then becomes the regular crisp white again. Does this mean the bulbs back there are going out? Do electrochromatic displays even have traditional replaceable bulbs?

 

Happens in my i35 as well. I wouldn't worry about it
