Caliper slide pins

One of my front caliper slide pins looks different from the other three. This one has a rubber grip on the end while the other pins are smooth. The brake diagram for the I35 shows each front caliper having one smooth slide pin and one pin with the rubber grip. Not sure why mine are mismatched but should this be an issue? I greased all the pins with Sil-Glyde and they freely move. Also, one of the rubber boots which the pins go into has a tiny hole which leads me to my next question -- Does it matter if I get an OEM replacement boot or one off Rock Auto? The diagram on the Infiniti eStore doesn't even show a part # for the rubber boots.

I've purchased some from both AutoZone and O'Reiley's without a problem. As long as you make sure everything is all cleaned and greased before installing, should be fine.
