LED Sidemarkers?

So I found these led sidemarkers http://www.ebay.com/itm/WHITE-LED-FRONT-REAR-SMOKE-BUMPER-SIDE-MARKER-LIGHT-FIT-FOR-00-03-NISSAN-MAXIMA/351654834753?_trksid=p2047675.c100011.m1850&_trkparms=aid%3D222007%26algo%3DSIC.MBE%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D35625%26meid%3Deefc7af75a2e44b780d5eb043a1732cc%26pid%3D100011%26rk%3D3%26rkt%3D10%26sd%3D272079110788and was wondering if you guys would think they'd be illegal?

Because as you know the front's are yellow stock and rears are red, somewhat reflective I think.

I'm pretty sure I'd be fine but wanted your guys opinion.

You'd have to check your local laws

I've seen them come in a red/amber set up. That's what I would do if I were to get those.

I was never pulled over for white sidemarkers (pretty sure it's illegal here and was pulled over lots of times for other stuff LOL). It seems to scare ppl at night...6k headlights, 6k fogs, white led parking lights and sidemarkers LOL They get out of the way quick.

I tried reds in the rear, but the sun is just too bright, it looks pink during the day . Ambers looked really nice, though. Maybe if there's a certain deep red LED available it's worth a try.

I'm not sure what the law is in MN, but in NC clear side markers are not street legal. Even though the LEDs are red in the rear and amber in the front, the side marker itself still has to reflect those colors (when the lights are turned off).

Will you get pulled or get a ticket for it? Probably not, unless you're doing something else illegal. Then it would probably get tacked on to the original citation.

Just looked up my laws and it says "Front must display a white or amber light and rear must display a red light"

So I guess I'll just get smoked ones and get red leds and white leds.

When I got the car I didn't even have the HID's anymore. So I just wired them myself.
