It’s not too difficult. And, they should have come with instructions.
The ones on EBAY say this:
1. Pop off old door sills with flat-head screw driver with cloth cover.
2. Feed new wires into holes and pull forwards to kick panels.
3. Pop on new door sills by pressing down on all edges.
4. Pull new wires under dash to fuse box near steering column.
5. Add wires to fuse box with fuse connector (included).
6. Select either interior/door light fuse or constant/engine fuse.
7. Open door and/or turn on ignition to test connections.
Of course, they don’t say anything about disconnecting the battery or anything. But, that is pretty common knowledge. And, I personally don’t have them myself. I prefer the AE sills. The indiglos don’t light up in the back!

Whats up Jo?
I did not know you have the indiglow sills. I personally thought they kinda a waste since you only see them when the door is open, and top of that I got the indiglo pedals, and that high pitched noise is ****ed the hell out of me. You know what i am talking about. That noise that comes from the indiglow and the transformer. Same stuff on my cousins honda civic when we installed the indiglo gauges.

Yeah, I was going to get a set until I saw them in person...
helping another fellow 4th Gen owner rig a set in his car.
Personally, I didn’t like them. They look like the AE sills with
the indiglo material behind them. I just got the AE sills instead.
So, you gonna trade them both for a new 350Z???

thanks for the instructions though very helpful, if only my friend who was changing his oil on his bike hadn't tipped his dirty oil all over them.
