Help me diagnose a front end clicking

2003 6sp, 183k

Front end clicks when turning left, one full rotation of the steering wheel. Sound metallic and I can feel it in the steering wheel.

I've replaced:
Both CVs
Both control arms
Both struts
Both strut mounts and bearings, twice
Both sway bar end links

I'm at my wit's end. Any suggestions?

However, both sides seem right. No play.

I had the same thing after I replaced sway bar end links and control arms. Ended up being the end links not properly tightened in the right position. Id just give them a glance and make sure they are on good.

^^^^ Good advice.
Make sure the links are torqued to the spec - forgot what the spec is, but check the FSM.

Problem solved. Ended up being a bad passenger side CV axle. Apparently Advance Auto only sells reman axles for the 6speed and I just got a **** one out of the box.

All is good now. Thanks guys.

That's the problem with remanufactured axles. Once the core is off the car, it's difficult to test for noisy operation. Glad to hear the second one did the job.
