Take it to the dealer and get the ECU updated. I had this problem a while ago and so did a few others. The idle drops so low that if there's any load it'll sometimes stall out completely. The new ECU program didn't eliminate the problem but it reduced it and hasn't stalled like that since.

My car dies sometimes when I release it out of gear at stop signs or lights. The RPM's always dip even now and I have had this for a year now. It drives me nuts! I took it to the dealership and they told me that the MAF could be broken and there is no way of checking it. I would have to just buy another one for $500. What crap! Is this the same problem that you guys are having? What do I say when I go into the dealership?

That's BS, try a different dealer. First make sure the ECU program is the latest. If that doesn't work, the MAF can be easily checked using the procedure in the factory service manual without having to buy a new one.
