Loping idle and slightly rough running

So I had the STA509A chip fry in my ECU the other day and when it did, my engine got a harsh lope to it at idle and when accelerating. It's rhythmic, not sporatic, so it's a firing issue. After driving it a little bit, the lope went away and the engine ran smooth.

I fixed the ECU and IACV problem and made sure it couldn't happen again. However, the Loping problem is still there. I don't like driving the car like this because I feel like the lope I'd putting a little bit of unnecessary strain on the motor.

I'm pretty sure I replaced the spark plugs not long ago. I even think I replaced the plug well seals and valve cover gaskets. Maybe it's a bad ignition coil.

Any ideas what might cause this?

(Admittedly, this is one issue I haven't searched out on this forum before posting about it. Time and location is hindering me a bit, and I'm not sure what key words to search for)

Never mind. I pulled the codes. It's ignition coil 4.
