350z/altima3.5 aftermarket parts

can 350z after market parts and Altima 3.5l parts work on my 02 3.5l maxima? I see they have the same liters and the vq35de code as well? or will I possibly have to fab certain parts?

Most Altima parts will work, but 350Z won't because it's RWD. Unless it's swapping stuff between the block.

ok cool I see headers for a 3.5l Altima but not 3.5 Nissan maxima also headers for a 3.5l 350z but once again not for the maxima

The headers are one of the fee things that will NOT work. They y-pipe is diffrrent due to the subframe. However, you can modify the y-pipe and save like $200. Direct fitting Maxima headers are $300+.

Do you know any links to the direct fit headers?
