Battery is charged and alternator works

My battery is charged and alternator works but it's not sending power to the vehicle

Check main fuse. It's the block on the cable if you mean there's no power at all.

You need to be more specific.

What do you mean by "alternator works but it's not sending power to the vehicle"? Give us specifics - voltages, etc.
