Ebay Header Advice?

So my headers are rusted so much I can't get the bolts out if the pre-cat without stripping them. So since i need new headers, I was wondering if someone could confirm that this set of eBay headers would fit my 2001 SE 5sp.

http://m.ebay.com/itm/172603111294?fits=Model%3AMaxima

I didn't think a header and y-pipe kit like this would work on both 4th and 5th gens. And the guy labelled it 1995-2002. That doesn't quite make sense with our model years. Anyone else see a problem with this?

I'm looking for a cheap replacement that I can just weld in a couple of O2 bungs and extenders downstream and be done with it. None of the threads on this subject here have covered this, even the massive comprehensive one on headers and y-pipes.

Fitment is the same for all 95-03. But the ebays will need a hanger welded on.

Awesome. Thanks, guys.

I'm trying to avoid getting new bolts because, hell, the the manifold would need to be drilled and threaded after I remove the current bolts. Trying to save myself the pain or save myself the money if I have someone else do it. I hear ya, though. I wish it were that easy. Thanks for the suggestion.
