02 Gxe vs SE Suspension question
The GXE was a base model (cloth, no roof, manual climate control etc...) Not sure if it carried into the 02 year.
The GLE was the loaded car and only came in auto. I believe it had chrome door handles as well.
The SE had stiffer springs and a larger anti-roll bar in the front. The SE could be had stripped all the way to fully loaded. 6-MT was an option.

The way to tell a true SE is to look at the rear glass. The SE came WITHOUT a 3rd brake light in the package shelf and relies on the LED brake light in the spoiler. The rear spoiler has the LED 3rd brake light so they didn't add the brake light inside the car.
The SE is the only one that came with a standard rear spoiler.
The spoiler could be added to the other model(s) but they left the inside 3rd brake light in place.
If there's a brake light in the rear glass it's not an SE.
