Something in the sky or far away is controlling my cars ECU

What do I do?

The RPM's have a mind of its own. Car will not drive. No service engine soon light

what year do you have? 00-01 have a potential iacv issue that can do funny things

what are the rpms doing exactly?

Without any diagnostic information, I am leaning towards a bad MAF.

OK... well, how about some DETAILED info about what the car is/is not doing?

Have you checked the voltage while the engine is running? It should be around 14.3 volts.

Did you change the MAF w/ the housing? or just the sensor in the original MAF housing? Just an off the wall guess since nobody knows anything about your car. Fuel pump/filter.

Housing is new.

Official Hitachi MAF sensor was used.
Also used a 2001 Maxima MAF with thermistor added.

Both are failing

The RPM's just act weird. When you floor the pedal it only revs so high (park).

Car Starts with mass airflow sensor disconnected and idles pretty well.
