Does anybody know where 02MaximaSE got the 3.5 Emblem on the back of the car?

yup. that's where he got it. you can also get the altima one if you want, they are different in styles.

but he didn't really take it off a pathfinder i don't think. i think he bought it from the dealership.

I think extreme nissan has it for $19 while Tustin Nissan has it for around $17. Factor in S/H of course.

yeah he didnt actually take it off a pathfinder. its made for the pathfinder but he got it new from his nissan dealer. he paid $33.

 

yea, I got it from the local nissan dealer, I paid $33, yes I overpaid, If i knew I could get it from other dealers for $17 I would have did that, but oh well.

 

Thanks for all the help! Where do you guys (and girls) think is the best place to put it? Under the SE symbol? I don't think it would look as good as 02MaximaSE's because the SE symbol is about the same size as the 3.5 emblem, and he has a GLE.

I'm not sure where they put the 3.5 at on the Altima but probably in the same place. I want to get the emblem as well but $33 is too $$$ I'm sure they can be found someplace else cheaper.

you can put it on the side...near the front side marker...like you know how mercedes has "Elegance", you can put the 3.5 around the side.

You could just remove your GLE emblem.

 

Elegance is on the mercedes C-class model made outside of the states...euro spec...also I like the idea of putting in on the side panels as stated.

yeah, the side looks like good idea, just let me get one, and then see where it would look the best.

 

i ordered one from my dealership here in calgary, and it was cheaper than all of those prices. it is about 13.34 US dollars. Whoa, that is way cheaper than i thought i would have to pay.

I like the fact that some people, the ones who dont know about the new maxima, will see it and be like , hmm maxima, SE 3.5?! damn!, then race you and lose , then be like DONT MESS WITH THOSE SE 3.5 MAXIMAS! OR GLE 3.5'S, , then see a 2k2 w/o the emblem and try to race it and get blown away

 

How much HP does that 3.5 emblem give you? Do you get more if you put one on each side? Ha Ha

I actually took off all my emblems. I like the clean look. No stickets, emblems, nothing.

I just cannot wait till HKS makes an exhaust for us. Then the S/C. ahhhh, the frowns I leave behind will be all the talking I need.

Yes you did; check my .sig. I think it looks excellent and it cracks me up that there will be those who bought 2002 Maximas who will think, "Man, I could have got a bigger engine" or, "Hey, they forgot to put that badge on MY car!"

On a '02, I think one centered about 1/2" under the GLE logo is just right.

Besides having to pay for two if you put it on the sides, I think it would be a bit much...to each his own though.

I paid $29 at my local dealer. I knew about the Tustin deal but figured that once I added in shipping and the wait...
