question about front brake upgrade

i have 2003 maxima se and right now ihave a 6th generation front brake upgrade,it's a lot better than oem 2003 brake.I went to junk yard today & do some experimenting.I pull the front brake from 2002 infiniti Q45 & swap to 2003 maxima which is side to side , i noticed that this is a direct bolt on to our 2003 maxima with out modification except for the rotor , the rotor from Q45 is a lot thicker & may be quarter inc bigger so I pulled some rotors from 2000 maxima try it , its perfect.another one that works is the G37 dual piston caliper its another direct fit but its a lot bigger rotor, so i was thinking i I want to upgrade my front brake again which one do you guys is better the dual piston from G37 with bigger rotor or the 2002 infiniti Q45 dual piston caliper with smaller rotor.

Ah, I see. I didn't know that. G37 sedan non sport package uses the same size front rotors as a 6th gen. Do you think the G37 calipers will clear the stock 17's on a '02 SE?

Also, has anyone found a good upgrade for the rears that is also a bolt on from another vehicle?
