Hey y’all, I had a start problem... (The drive was loose) I got everything back together aside for a hose. The darn thing doesn’t seem to have a spot too hookup too. I’ve looked and looked and finally decided to ask the Maxima folks! It’s a formed hose between the engine and the stock air intake system and it’s cut at an angle... It’s got a piece of rubber that’s about 2-3” long that’s glued to the end.. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated...

It might be the breather hose for the automatic transmission if your car is auto.

Does the engine start and idle smoothly?
Can you feel vacuum when the engine is running?

Can you post a photo of this hose and the area it is in?

Thanks for your help! I agree it seems to not have vacuum and it does run under the starter I just put in.
I was glad to get some confirmation on it! Thanks again!
