Does anyone know where I might be able to get a BLUE LED of the same type in this OEM security light dash indicator panel? I don't know if this was ever a Maxima part, as I nabbed it from a totaled 05 or 06 M35 at the salvage yard. The one pictured emits probably a low intensity OEM RED light.
I see theres an inline resistor on one of the leads, so it's not a 12 volt one, but I'm wondering if I can just slide in a generic 12 volt BRIGHT blue one into the red colored internal mount... the panel housing fits squarely into the blank knockout panels of a 5.5 gen. I tried to search for the NILES? company that probably makes the piece, but no website or info on it.
