6th Gen Seat Swap

I have been browsing through threads on this topic for a few months now. Doesn't seem to be a lot of info however.

It appears that the front seats will bolt right in, but might need to do a little wiring/splicing. Can anyone confirm this?

The rear seats I hear are a whole different animal.

I am looking to swap the 04-08 front seats only into my 02 SE. Before I purchase them, I would like some clarification please.

I reached out to a few sellers, and nobody would be willing to measure the seat rails, to determine if they are the same size as the 5th gen.

You could see if the local You-Pull It yard has a 6th gen you could look at and take measurements.

You could also look at a used car lot and see if they'll let you take measurements from one.

I did a seat foamectomy on my 5th gen after considering 6th gen seats and I wish I did it years ago. Here's a good
for reference.
