I have been buying parts for a while i have never seen this these just showed up today.

Those are the rubber grommets that go in the radiator hold down arms on the top of the radiator. There is also a pair of much bigger grommets on the bottom of the radiator.

I had something similar happen when buying a master window switch for my 91 Maxima from Advance Auto Parts. There was no Nissan sticker on the box, but the part inside was genuine OEM, with Nissan logos molded in the plastic.
