You can drain more if you remove the return line and drain into a bucket

I use castrol import atf for probably 80-100,000 miles. Its been good to me. I drain and fill every 7000 miles because not all of it comes out. Only 50%. About 4qts.

Just my $.02

I wouldnt reccamend a "global fluid" for the fact that most trans have a certain additive group they need (chevy uses dex and toyota, nissan uses *import fluids* and ford uses mercon). a global fluid could work for someone who doesnt beat the trans but why sacrifice reliability for a cheaper product, trans cost alot more than propper fluids.
