Engine swap

I have a 2000 maxima with a 3.0 in it. I also have a 2002 with a blown 3.5 engine it it. Could I swap the 3.5 with the 3.0 and be fine? Would I have to adjust anything?

You'll have to make tons of changes and not to mention you'll be the first evar to go 3.5 to 3.0
