Just wondering what is the best and cheapest y pipe for the 5.5 Gen Maxima it gets 28 mpg now after i changed the fluids and thats a 150* mile percentage on the highway doing 75-85 MPH

But the engine sorts of growls when it idles at 0680 RPM is that idle to low it turns over on the 1st crank and i use the 91 octane gas the rear cat has been removed but the front 2 are their from what i can see

Also on the diag test it has a inination misfire i wish the Nissan Data scan would work but the app is a piece of crap and i'd hate to spend 70 bucks on the PC version and it doesn't work

Also please message me on where i can buy a y pipe cheaply i guess i could make one i weld really well both TIG & MiG i could just cut the converters in half and gut it

if cost is ur biggest concern, then you know what to do, and thats doing it yourself w your welding skills.

my warpspeed y-pipe only lasted 3 years and 3 winters daily driving in the north east, failed emssions today , flex pipe section is shot, and mechanic said other areas are rusting not worth putting work into the flex when other areas are going too.

my town uses brine which is 10x worse than salt. its wicked nasty for cars
