Flywheel is stuck to the torque converter

I'm pulling a vq35de from the top (I don't have a lift) and it keeps bringing the transmission up with it, preventing me from pulling the motor. The 4 flywheel bolts were removed and there isn't a single bolt holding this thing in the car. Tips would be greatly appreciated.

How far apart is the engine from the trans? You'll need to separate them a few inches. I reckon the trans mount needs to be removed.

In reality it's far easier to drop everything as one from the bottom.

I have it about an inch apart. 1 more inch would do the trick for sure. I'll try removing the trans mount and see if i can get another inch.
