Car Hesitation (2001 Infiniti I30)

Recently noticed that my car hesitates during stop and go traffic; last week was most egregious during long drive when I felt her hesitate for a second 3 or 4 times coming off a red light...no check engine lights on yet, but wondering if this could be a problem with old fuel pump or possibly something with the ignition coils. Trying to possibly ID issue before it becomes a more major issue; little to no history with the car since bought her last month for cheap with 180000 miles on it. Already purchased the fuel pump and IACV since they were cheap and looking at a set of coils too; thanks in advance

Plus I'm getting **** poor gas mileage; filled up earlier this week, and have only driven approximately 38 miles stop/go(city) driving and a quarter tank is already gone; yeah, will also look into purchasing a MAF too; this problem seemingly stems from a fuel/air mixture issue, and will have to replace a # of parts pertaining to it

Pretty fortunate that most of these replacement parts can be found cheap on RockAuto, Ebay, or CarParts; bought Fuel Pump for under $40 and Fuel Filter for $10; now hoping to find reasonable labor to replace these parts since I don't trust myself to be handy using YouTube videos

Definitely maf. I just swipe em from junkyard. That's your only bad part. Replace it and reset ecu.
