Don't just replace random parts hoping to fix a problem. There's a lot more under there than springs.
Can you recreate the squeak by pushing the car up and down? I usually lift the hood and push down under there so I don't have to worry about denting the hood or fender.

You may have to drive it a few miles to get it to squeak. Sometimes squeaks like this only start when everything heats up from friction. You may have to drive it till you start hearing it, park it and immediately try to recreate the sound. If you can recreate it you'll be able to find it.
If you can recreate it you can crawl under there and listen for it while a friend rocks the car. A mechanics stethoscope can really help and only costs a few dollars. I've also had luck using WD40 to help find noises. Once you've narrowed it down to a few areas you can spray them one at a time. When you hit the right one the squeak will go away within a few pushes of the car. The squeak will return in time but you'll know what's doing it.
