Current rear sway bar purchase options
Are there any sites that actually have rear sway bars in stock? I have been searching and it seems they all seem to be either out of stock or at least a months delay before shipping

about 200 greenbacks, my dude. I also found some old threads saying fitment isn't 100% out of the box, but they work well enough.

Not sure what the hype is for rear sway bar on the 5th gens. Within the rear beam assembly lies a torsion bar. It was put there for a reason. The complete rear beam assembly IS a sway bar. Put the rear end in the air one of these days and have a looksy for a minute or two. There's a lot going on under there for a solid axle. Lot's of engineering involved. Now for IRS, yeah, sway bars.
The RSB eliminated leaning when cornering, and leveled the car nicely. The downside is that on bad roads, there is more "axle hop".
The FTB stiffens the front, with no noticeable side-effects.
Given where/how I drive, I am happy with the outcome. However, I would definitely prefer an independent rear suspension, but that's a different story .... .
