This don't seem quite right

Looks like it's touching maybe that's what all the racket is?

I've never liked those MOOG endlinks... always had issues getting the bolts tightened or loosened. Anyway, the endlink is installed into a bracket with a hole on the control arm. There's very little movement possible unless that hole on the control arm is wallowed out. Even with the endlink threads sitting in the lowest part of that hole, there shouldn't be any contact. I can't tell from your photo, but it doesn't appear to be contacting the control arm - it's just close.

Check the other related bushings - sway bar bushings, control arm ball joint, end link joints. Use a pry bar and see if there's movement.

They are waaayy bigger than the stock ones, if there is a gap it's few thousands. I think the hole was/is slotted. It was a cheap Chinese kit with a arms and end links and ball joints etc etc all with greaseerts, will try to get it on a rack tonight
