2003 maxima wiring issue

2003 maxima wiring issue
fuse blowing on com 1 as soon as fuse goes in or batt reconnected fuse blows..... white wire with blue stripe comes out of fuse box under hood..... tried to run it down to find short to ground..... unsuccessful need diagram of that circuit but cant find please help

Have you checked the EL section of the FSM? Get it from here: http://boredmder.com/FSMs/Nissan/Maxima/ .
