Gauge stays at 14.8 that needs fixing also

Also im having a issue with gears... Once engine is off I get all gears smooth. However once engine is started it’s hard at times to get gears. Sometimes scraps I’m thinking to change the clutch and see if that’s the problem. I currently have a C.C. Stage 2 clutch about 18 months old
