I am about to replace my rear trailing arm bushings with ES polyurethance. Since I'll have to drop the whole beam to do it, this would be a good time to replace the lateral link bushings and the control rod (dog bone thingy) since they're over 18 years old now.

The problem is I can't find any bushings for the lateral link. I have found some complete links but I'd rather not go that route.

Are there any replacement bushings out there?

 

Google "buy automotive bushings by size" and browse the first five (5) hits. Let us know if you find a universal bushing that fits.

 

Not a bad idea. It'll be tricky to get the exact specs of the original bushings.
