P1130 code - Swirl Control valve

Hello, my 2001 Infiniti i30/maxima is giving me code P1130.

How do I access this swirl control valve
location?

what part number is needed to fix problem?

Hoses

It was a vacuum hose leak on the left side of the engine where the swirl control actuator connects to the engine

fixed
