2001 maxima electrical buttons dont work

2001 maxima electrical buttons dont work
I recently bought a 2001 Maxima with 120k on it. I am noticing some strange behavior where many features/buttons in the car don't work, or only intermittently work.
moonroof - open, close, tilt - never have worked
cruise control - I can turn cruise or off but the "set" button doesn't work so I cant get cruise to engage
radio controls on steering wheel - work about 50% of the time
seat controls - work about 50% of the time on the front seats. drivers seat is stuck all the way back at the moment.
would all of these be separate issues or could there be an electrical issue causing all of this behavior?
Also the climate control fan is very noisy. any suggestions there?
funny with my '95 maxima I did not have any of these issues and put over 250k on it before I sold it years ago! Thank you!
