whatever you do don't buy the quick struts off rockauto, i got all 4 monroes and they are junk
if i had to do it over again i would have gotten BC racing or tein coilovers
plan B KYB off rockauto is ok, but you will have to buy the inner part and pay someone to disassemble and reassemble the whole strut with a special tool, this is definitely not a safe diy project
then you should change the strut mounts too

when it comes to changing struts I highly recommend an electric impact gun. I use an electric plug-in impact gun and it makes it so much easier to compress the spring with the spring compressor. you should just get lowering springs with new strut mounts along with your struts, it will make it a lot easier than compressing stock springs. I was able to able to do the rears on mine without even compressing the spring and just a little compressing on the front. I have Megan Racing springs with Gabriel Ultra struts.

i never thought of that benefit with lowering springs and having less compression, hahaha, nice indirect perk, less to compress when installing compared to stock

Be sure to get OEM dust boots. Anything else is junk and will tear quickly.

I personally just changed out to all KYB's and its riding really smooth and even handling turns better (I live in the mountains). I would really try to keep looking i got mine at autozone and they were able to ship them to the closest one to me pretty quickly! GL!

With Tokico's hard to acquire these days, the KYB's are the only sensible replacement.
