Car will randomly shake and sputter on both idle and acceleration and dome light flickers like alternator is bad even after new alternator installed. What could be potential cause of all these problems coil pack/plug maybe a bad ac pump causing excessive or shorted sensor/wire

 

Check to see if your coil packs have green or gray dot stickers on them. If not, they are factory originals and should be replaced. Nissan modified the coil pack design at some point due to defects.
