There is essentially no windshield washer capacity. I can fill up the neck and the windshield washer works. As soon as the neck empties, no more windshield washer. What might cause this? I had a Mexican paint job done where they removed the front bumper, so any cockeyed reassembly mistake could be the culprit.

 

Looks like fun to get to the windshield washer reservoir.

 

My pump died, so I'll be doing the same replacement work just as soon as I can be bothered to do it.
