After owning 4 automatic Maximas/I30/I35 finally got my hands on this one owner, rust-free CA 2001 SE AE speed. Looking forward to driving her to the next cars and coffee.

I replaced the terrible brake hardware up front with 6th gen maxima stuff, bolts right on, definitely worth the investment (I got all mine almost new from a junk yard for cheap)

almost bolts right on. 00/01 caliper bracket bolts are smaller so the knuckle holes will need to be drilled out.

No, the bolt holes are the same on all 5th gens.

interesting. goes against what ive seen others post but not hard to confirm for myself as i have them both.

2005 maxima > 2001 i30t
front rotors, pads, calipers, support bracket, bolts
everything fit perfectly (you must have at least 17in wheels to have enough room)
there was definitely no drilling, installation was very easy
