Is Meineke a good place to have springs installed?

The only other place i can think of here now is around 30 miles away from me. Any comments about them?

Also, where can i buy a cheap torque wrench? Went to Home Depot today and the one they had was around $60 (w/ tax). They don't even have one to rent out.

Need to install the FSTB i got off this guy who wanted me to test it for him on the 2k2. He's willing to give it out for less than $60 if i can guarantee that if fits on the 2k2. Help!

Meineke is a privately owned business. They are proficient on
car's brakes, suspension and mufflers. However, their work quality
varies among franchises.

Can't give you a definitive answer without seeing their work.

What prices have you been quoted so far and from where for the spring install? I'm on the currect GD for Maxspeed springs and can't wait to get them.

I've called Progressive Autosports and got a price of $190, Carboy $200, and Endless Performance $140. I have a friend in Cali that knows people with shops here so I'm hoping to get some better prices.

The lowest I was able to get a quote from was Hyper Racing for $90. They're the major sponsor for Import Car Club of Houston and have heard of a lot of good things about them.

I just have the springs lying around for now

Sears is the place.

I picked up a torque wrench at Sears for $19 dolla. Basic enough for what I need it for!
Good luck!
