Interested in a Permacool Tranny Cooler????

i need 7 guys to get a deal for $55 shipping and handling included on the permacool tranny coolers who would be interested.
regular is $65 shipping and handling

Does the Permacool version have the temp sensing unit that will bypass the cooler when the tranny temp isn't sufficient? If not I think you can do as much harm as good if this thing flows at all times/temps.

You see the one at MobileTek? $39 opposed to $69 list. I haven't read that much into them but I'd like to get one. Along with a Valvebody recalibaration. But I think I'll get a chip before the vb mod. Help a brotha out with the input on these.
