WHAT IS THAT RATTLING NOISE?!?!?!?

I was riding in my friend's 2000 SE 5sp tonight, and I heard this rattling, usually when he was accelerating. NOT when the engine was being revved. With the cluth in, it makes no noise anywhere. I initially thought it might be a loose plate somewhere along the exhaust (after the manifold), but i don't think so, and I have no idea.
So, *when the clutch is down, still in gear, then accelerating, a rattling noise*
Any ideas, suggestions, experiences, advice?

I've noticed this, too. I think it came loose from my aggressive driving. It sounds sorta like a Gargling noise.
