if you are talking about the turn signal bulbs, its an 1156 or 1157. i know they have two different connections but i cant remember which it is. h3 bulb works for the fog lights.

Front turn signals/parking lights are 1157 (dual filament). The rear turn signals are 1156 (signal filament) because the only blink and don't stay on like the fronts do.

Can you stick 1156's into a 1157 socket? Or visa versa?

I don't like the front turn signal bulbs to be one all the time with the lights, just when its time to signal. I have an idea...

Technically you can...but you don't want to put an 1156 into an 1157 socket because the 1156 will only blink and not stay on, like the 1157. The parking lights/turn signals are dual filament, for that reason. 1156's are only singal filament because they only are used for lights that blink and don't stay on (like the parking lights/turn signals). Hope that helps.
